Within this project, it will be necessary to build social infrastructure – hospitals, schools and kindergartens," Sagintayev said at the Kazakhstan-Serbia business forum in Astana.

The new residential complex will be located on an area of 61 hectares. The estimated volume of investment will be about $500 million, and the planned construction period is 2018-2023.
